Are the licenses lifetime?
Yes, the licenses are lifetime for the major versions of 3ds Max we support at the time of purchase.
Do I have to pay for updates/upgrades?
Point releases (minor/patch updates) are free. However, major-version upgrades may require a paid upgrade.
How many machines can run a plugin with one license?
Each PC requires its own license.
Are floating or site licenses available?
Currently, we do not offer floating or site licenses.
Can I use the tools for commercial work?
Yes, you can use the tools for commercial purposes.
How long does it take to receive my license after payment?
You will receive your license within 24 hours of payment.
I have not received my license yet. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. Allow up to 24 hours for manual review. If you still haven't received it, please contact us for assistance.
Can I transfer a license to another machine?
Yes, transfers between machines are allowed. Please ensure you deactivate the license on the original machine first.
Is offline activation supported?
Yes, offline activation is supported.
Can I redistribute or modify the plugins?
No, redistribution or modification of the plugins is not allowed.
Do you work with resellers?
How can I update my registered information (email, name)?
Please send us an email from your current registered email requesting the changes, including the new information.
How do I update to the latest version?
When a new release is available, you will receive an email with downloading instructions. If you have not received this email, please contact us.
What happens if I upgrade my hardware or reinstall the OS?
You can reactivate the license on the same machine after making hardware or OS changes.
